Both 3 bed / 3½ bath Townhomes and 1 bed / 1½ Penthouse Duplexes are for rent in Herring Cove Village.
Townhomes sleep up to 6 and rent for $3,400 in the peak summer season, $4,000 for some holiday weeks, and $2,000 to $2,800 for the spring and winter seasons.
Penthouse Duplexes sleep up to 2 and rent for $2,400 in the peak summer season, $2,800 for some holiday weeks, and $1,200 to $2,000 for the spring and winter seasons.
Full week minimums are required during peak summer season; nightly rates are available with 3 or 4 night minimums outside of the peak season. Discounts apply for multiple weeks. See our 2009 Rates for full information.
Small, very well-behaved pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis for an extra fee and security deposit. See our Policies document for these and other details.
A free membership to the Herring Cove Tennis ClubHerring Cove Tennis Club is included for registered guests.
Additionally, Herring Cove Village is the only new Provincetown vacation home property that offers a Rent to Buy incentive whereby the developers guarantee to apply 100% of the cumulative weekly rent, or 50% of a seasonal rent, on accepted list price offers. Accepted offers of less than list price may apply as well, prorated by the percentage of list price. The Rent to Buy option is ideal for vacation renters who may be considering purchasing a home in Provincetown in the future, but because of this uncertain economy, choose to wait and rent for the present.
